Practice exercises for better visual health

The health of the eye muscles ultimately govern the state of the vision of your eyes. Each eye has six muscles surrounding the eyeball. The eyes can move up, down, left, right, inside and out, always parallel to each other. The muscles are attached to the sclera (white of the eye). Your ability to coordinate the movement of these muscles largely determines your level of eye care.

In order to preserve the physical state of these muscles, you must exercise them as you would any other muscle group, starting with a warm up. Sit back, hands and both feet firmly on the ground. Your eyes may be open or closed.

Take a few deep breaths when you're ready, pull the eye as high as you can do it without effort, as you inhale. Hold your breath, and when ready to exhale, should stretch the muscles in the down position and breathe. Repeat the movement up and down for three breaths.

Then repeat this exercise trying to move the muscles of the eyes to all sides in the eyes can move. If you feel any residual tension in the muscles, breathing should extend a little and should also reduce the degree of stretching. Avoid straining or extreme stretching.

Remember, health improves visual performing the exercise in a relaxed manner. As with any physical process, it should make a "reflection" exercise. Rub your hands until the hot palms and then gently cover closed eyes with the palms of their hands.

Another exercise is to superimpose fingers on the bridge of the nose gets dark as much as possible, keep your eyes covered for a minute or two, counting breaths between twenty and fifty. This is like a meditation therapy for the eyes and will serve to enhance your visual health.

Removing the palms, you will notice that the colors are much brighter, more contrast and will enjoy a wonderfully relaxed feeling in his eyes and forehead muscles.

Try to focus on your thumb a few inches from his face, then slowly to bring the thumb to the nose. This turn is vital for efficient and prolonged reading. There is a connection between the rotation of the eyes and the ability to concentrate, therefore this influences their visual health.
